The goal of The Office of Youth Faith Formation is to foster a closer relationship with the Triune God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) and to help children and teens grow in their faith within the larger parish community.  

We offer a variety of program models to meet the diverse needs of the families in our parish, both in public and Catholic schools, and to provide opportunities for life-long spiritual formation and growth.  Families select which program model best fits their style and needs.  All program models, grades kindergarten through high school, use Sadlier curriculum and materials. 

Above all, the Parish of the Assumption Youth Faith Formation Program strives to assist families as we all learn to “live a life of faith, hope and charity that is nourished through communion with Jesus in the Liturgy, above all in the Eucharist” (Feed My Sheep, Diocese of Manchester, NH).
