Fast from daily pressures; Feast on daily prayers.

Fast from bitterness; Feast on forgiveness.

Fast from discouragement; Feast on hope.

Fast from idle gossip; Feast on purposeful silence.

Fast from problems that overwhelm; Feast on prayer that strengthens.
